1ST PLACE WINNER-ULTIMATE JOINERY CHALLENGE
The Ultimate Joinery Challenge was a contest for users to individually complete a woodworking project using one of the PORTER-CABLE dovetail jigs. The winners were chosen by the users of our site.
Michael Van Leuven was our 1st place winner! His project was a "Knotty Alder Coin Box". He built it for his brother-in-law as a gift. For being the 1st place winner, Michael will be able to choose up to $3,000 retail value of any DELTA and/or PORTER-CABLE tools.

Marc Marrie was our 2nd place winner! His project was a "Bedside Table". For
being the 2nd place winner, Marc will be able to choose up to $1,500
retail value of any DELTA and/or PORTER-CABLE tools.

being the 3rd place winner, Peter will be able to choose up to $750
retail value of any DELTA and/or PORTER-CABLE tools.
Peter chose a DELTA Drill Press and PORTER-CABLE Sander.

Marie was the winner from our $1,000 tool giveaway to a new member during the month of November. Marie was able to select any DELTA and/or PORTER-CABLE tools or accessories that she wanted. As you can see, she was able to get quite a few excellent products.

DELTA | PORTER-CABLE teamed up with FINE WOODWORKING on the Furniture Build-Off Contest. The challenge was to build a project that originated from 17 board feet of maple. All wood, even inlay, must be from original stock. The maple could have been hard or soft, figured or not. Finished pieces may be stained or dyed.
Our first place winner was Chad Hill from Virginia. He won over $9,000 in DELTA and PORTER-CABLE products with his table design.

"Win Norm's Shop" Winner
The winner of the "Win Norm's
Shop" contest is Larry Watkins of Orangeburg, SC. He will be receiving a
total of 29 tools from PORTER-CABLE and DELTA Machinery just like the ones Norm
uses in his workshop. Also, he and a guest will by flying to Boston to watch the
filming of a New Yankee Workshop episode and have lunch with Norm and the
crew!
