Plywood sides and backs are trimmed out with solid wood face frames and raised panel doors to make this a typical kitchen cabinet. A nailing cleat is used where the screws are counter sunk into the wood – then drill into studs to carry the weight of a loaded cabinet. This project is also a perfect wall-mounted tool cabinet. Always allow at least 18 inches of space between the bottom edge of a hanging cabinet and the top of the counter top.
